Supported and collaborated with hiring managers to create an effective recruiting plan for open positions, advise in the development of applicant scoring protocol and all aspects of interview.

Assisted full-time staff in all facets of Human Resources to provide employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll and benefits administration support to over 45 departments across Texas A&M University. Served as backup to Human Resources Business Partners to provide student and wage employment related assistance to departments.
