Founded small marine robotics company with my husband. Set up e-commerce website for business launch in summer 2019. Research and implement financial and human resource systems for the growing company.

Manage volunteer recruiting, staffing, onboarding, orientation, and on-going training of volunteers. Oversee volunteer appreciation efforts and community among MWEG's all-online personnel. Collaborate to develop strategies and planning in support of organizational goals and growth as part of MWEG's leadership team.

Worked as primary assistant to executive director during a time of organizational growth, overseeing essential administrative tasks and creating new systems and processes for advocacy and education initiatives.

I ran for the Colorado House of Representatives. I entered the race late after an incumbent ended her campaign. With only 89 days as the candidate, I ultimately lost by just 110 votes out of 56,000 ballots cast.
