As an Area Manager, I represented the Agency in activities involving professional contacts with physicians, hospitals/facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups and institutions, to apprise them of the availability of the Agency’s Medicare services. I also implemented programs and protocols that provided improved home health care services and monitored service provision through ongoing quality assurance sales calls with referral source contacts. I served as a public awareness representative for the Agency, and was responsible for public education relative to home health care services was responsible for meeting and/or exceeding admission goals. As a peer trainer, I assisted in on-boarding of new hires with a focus on post-operative specialty accounts.

West Texas Area: Lubbock, Amarillo, Tahoka, Colorado City, Big Spring, Vernon and Wichita Falls

As a Division Manager I direct the planning and implementation of the sales process by recruiting and hiring all Area Managers in my division and identifying and penetrating market opportunities to achieve revenue and admission goals. I am ultimately responsible for achieving / exceeding budgeted admission activity for the division and for each of the Area Managers under my supervision. I build and maintain relationships in key accounts to deepen the connection to our services.
