It's been said that when your personal purpose aligns with the company purpose, then you are in the best possible place. At Magic Mobility, our purpose is to empower people to push boundaries so that they can experience a world that's not flat. So apart from wearing a T-Shirt that says "Because the World's not flat," and being asked if I'm a flat earther, it seems I have found my calling. Let me elaborate. "Empowerment" - helping someone who's asked for my help to be a better version of themselves "Push boundaries" - I don't care how small or how great, if we can nudge forward together, I'm in "A world that's not flat" - literally and emotionally! Let's ride over the bumps, and get over our emotions to make life better. How did I ever imagine this could all happen by working for a wheelchair company? With an admiration for all things engineering, and nerding out on complex problems my position as GM brought together my previous aspirations for medical device work (perhaps prosthetics?), running a business, solving complex problems and creating a working environment that can be both World Class and I can be my authentic self.
