Promoted to Supervisor, where I lead and support a team to improve performance and meet KPIs. I also handle reporting and coordinate with training, HR, and workforce teams to drive smooth operations and team growth.

Started my BPO journey as a Sales Rep for an antivirus company, handling inbound calls and promoting premium services. Promoted to SME (Subject Matter Expert), where I support team members by resolving complex subscriber issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
