I am a project scientist in Dr. E. Dale Abel's Lab in the Department of Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I got my B.S. from the Ocean University of China, majoring in marine biology. I took my Ph.D. training in Stem Cell Biology at the Institute of Health Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai. I finished my postdoctoral training in Dr. Yibin Wang's Lab in the Department of Anesthesiology, DGSOM at UCLA from 2017-2022. My research focused on 1) the mechanism of postnatal heart maturation by posttranscriptional regulation, and 2) Finding novel targets for treating Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction. I am an awardee of the postdoctoral fellowship and career development award of the American Heart Association.
