Responsible for surveying, designing, execution, commissioning and successful handing over of the projects assigned. Most of the projects are in excess of Rs: 10 Million with a total annual budget of approximately Rs: 450 million. Involved in direct supervision of onsite contractor, chairing meetings and contract evaluation etc. • Assisting in the development and expansion of the existing security and surveillance systems architecture and help improving security of IT facilities/industries/employees. • Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the management team. • Initiating the project, defining project scope and preparing the project plan. • Writing technical specifications and overseeing production of conceptual drawings, preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning (macro-level). Maintaining change controls. • Identifying service needs, solving engineering problems relating to the continuous expansion of the security systems. • Providing product training and efficiency training to the client on the system installed. • Proper Handing over of the project. • Providing efficient and reliable engineering services for the client. • Establishing “Planned and Preventive Maintenance” PPM programs and procedures after project closure. • Identifying ongoing project risks and assigning and mitigating risks. • Reporting project status at progress meetings. • Ensuring all resources (manpower and materials), are provided as per the contractor’s scheduled plan • Meet all the timelines as per the project Schedule.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Electronic Security Systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion and fire alarm systems. Responsible for cable and conduit laying at the site as per the approved design. Managing and monitoring sub contractors and other vendors at site. Managing and maintaining neat and tidy workmanship so as to achieve the good quality. Making sure that EHS and PPE policies are properly followed by the workers/employees at the work place. Maintaining records for materials movements and man hours. Prepare and submit day to day/weekly report on project status to the Project Managers/Asst. Project Managers/PMC team. Public Addressable system- Bosch, SAMSUNG Etc. Fire Detection systems- NOTIFIER, other Conventional panels.
