During the course of my first two semesters at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, I have gained the experience and knowledge in both Food and Beverage service and kitchen by having the opportunities of working in different outlets and kitchens ranging from a la carte dining and cooking to banquet operations. An increase in skill concerning guest relation and front desk operation has been obtained concerning the Property Management System (PMS) Opera and Base7. Working in the Four Season's pastry kitchen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia alongside F&B service in Conrad Algarve located in Portugal has enlightened my views consisting of how 'real-life' situations are run and handled thus slowly shaping me for any further experience and obstacles I shall face in the near future.
