About Alldean Satellite: A multi-national VSAT Satellite Communication company providing services to the whole of Africa and beyond. Alldean has Directors from Kenya, U.K & U.S.A. and offices in UK, Switzerland, Dubai & Singapore. Alldean has staff strength of 85 in Kenya and yearly turnover of US$5 million in Kenya. Complete responsibility of Accounts Department reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Handling all the financial matters of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE • Maintaining Accounts (Final Accounts, Payroll, Petty Cash, Statutory Returns etc.) • Cash Flow management. • Dealing with Banks – Foreign Exchange Dealing. • Imports & Related Activities. • Quotations and regular billing to customers. Debt collection & recoveries. • Preparing yearly Budgets & Cash flow projections. • Preparing monthly management accounts with variance analysis. • Dealing with Auditors and Statutory Inpectors. • Accounting Software used – FACT from Singapore. • Fixed Assets Register & Insurance Matters.

About Capital Construction: An established construction company since 1955 in Kenya. Doing various Government and Non-Government projects. Handling at least projects worth US$ 15 million at any given time. General Manager (Finance & Administration) Overall responsibility of Accounts, Administration & Projects reporting directly to the Managing Directory with 14 various departmental head working directly under my supervision. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE • Maintaining Accounts (Final Accounts, Payroll, Petty Cash, Statutory Returns etc.) • Managing Sites, Cash Flow, Material Requirements, Project Job Costing • Project Sales and Management. • Imports & Related Activities. • Procurement of Materials for various sites, Handling Creditors. • Dealing with Banks, Clients, Consulting Teams. • Preparing Payment Certificates. • Insurance Matters. • Vehicle Management. • Handling of Work Shop. • Following Pending Claims and Certificates.

Joined as a Computer Manager and moved to operations within 2 years. I was directly reporting to the Managing Director and Chairman of the group. I had a staff of 18 employees directly reporting to me. Responsible for IT as well as Deposit Portfolio.

I was directly reporting to the Centre Manager and was in-Charge of all academic related activities at the Fort Centre Mumbai, with at least 750 students attending the course at any given time and staff of 75 faculties and lab-instructors to manage.
