Working on Microbial technology project which basically involve isolation, characterization and mass propagation of the different ecologically important microorganisms inhabiting the forest of FRIM. The isolates will be profiled and their important properties will be identified for possible utilization in the general improvement of agriculture and target environmental complex problems such as animal wastes and various domestic and industrial wastes.

Worked in Tissue Culture Laboratory (NCP‐TCP Certified – Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India), Mundra. I got a precious experience in Media formulation, Research Documentation, Tissue Culture Techniques (From Initiation to hardening process), Biochemical Assay etc. Also was responsible for training to all technical staff for regular up gradation of technical skills and knowledge. Represented Company in State and National level Workshop, Seminar and Conferences. Worked in C.C.Shroff research institute (CCSRI – A search division of ECCL), Goregaon – Mumbai in biochemical analysis laboratory to learn HPLC and other chemical analytical instruments and new lab project DPR (Detailed Project Report).

ISO 9000 and NOCA certified organic fertilizer company in Valsad gave me a professional platform to discover my capabilities at industrial level. On the basis of research study and experience I have successfully formulated 12 Organic fertilizer and bio-insecticide products which are now produced more than 200 TONS per year and marketed in Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP etc.Management, Supervision and documentation of overall supervision of production and also did field experiments for product evaluation.
