Drove project oversight to monitor progress, keep stakeholders accountable, identify, analyze and respond to risks and develop mitigation plans while maintaining a regular reporting cadence and reporting materials for senior leadership 4. Drive milestone point planning and associated deliverables across functions to achieve the overall project objectives. 5. Manage an integrated project budget and resource plan in partnership with finance team and functional team 6. 1. Provide comprehensive support to the CEO on administrative and business tasks. 2. Assist CEO to develop and implement C-level strategic initiatives and establish effective management systems that requires deep cross-functional collaboration. 3. Assist CEO to manage and follow up on company’s critical projects and strategic plans. 4. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO. 5. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO office and internal departments and employees.
