Joined Oracle Siebel Engineering team, which builds Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications, that helps organizations achieve growth and deliver great customer experiences, in different business aspects, across all channels, platforms and devices. Started with Core Common Components team and worked on - Open UI Project to update Calendar UI with open source JS library FullCalendar.js, Moment.js and LESS CSS development, to comply with Responsive Web Design; Calendar Data Remodel and server Business Component and Business Services uptake for new Calendar Data Model

Drove issue fixing of GE Energy Shenyang P1000 Oracle R12 to ensure system stabilization during its first post go-live month. Led upgrade of GE Asia ERP Support Central Community with portal.

As a main contributors, worked on CalDAV Integration Project, which enables Synchronization between Siebel Calendar and iOS, Android Calendars through HTTP/HTTPS, following CalDAV protocol, i.e. Calendaring Extension to Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV). Lead project of CRM Desktop Integration for New Calendar Data Model, which provides integration between MS Outlook Calendar and Siebel CRM Calendar. Fully in charge of design and implementation, and received Siebel Outstanding Contributor Award for FY17 Q2 because of the solid quality and timely delivery of this project.
