I am currently a lead formulator in Pharmaceutical Science organization of Merck, focused on design and development of biologics formulation and long -acting injectables, specialized in suspension, solution, in-situ gel and high concentration protein combination product development for subcutaneous administration. I also had many years of experience in oral solid dosage forms, with expertise on spray drying, film coating, high shear wet granulation, fluid bed drying, roller compaction, tablet compression, encapsulation and oral suspensions .etc. I’m practically experienced at strategic thinking/planning and leading cross-functional collaborations of innovation and drug product development at early and late clinical phases. Previous to joining Merck, I graduated with my PhD degree from Biomedical Engineering program of Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University, which equipped with expertise in sterile formulation, immunology and molecular cell biology, e.g., cell culturing, synthesis of nano/microparticle, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, animal experiments. I'm proficient at team work, project management, experiment design, data analysis, technical writing (including IND/CTA/NDA authoring) and presentation and knowledgable of drug delivery technologies of both small molecules and biologics and cancer immunology.
