Responsibilities - Drove Ascott's sustainability roadmaps under the Ascott CARES framework and launched group – wide projects including Responsible Sourcing, Waste Management, and Disability Inclusion - Tracked and reported progress towards group-wide sustainability targets; supported external sustainability audits - Fostered a culture of sustainability through close stakeholder engagement, developing and conducting in-house training, and internal and external communications - Developed strategic partnerships with external organisations to advance Ascott’s sustainability leadership Key Achievements - Designed and managed Ascott’s sustainability data reporting platforms and dashboards, covering over 300 properties across more than 20 countries. - Led the development of the Ascott CARES Sustainability Reports (2022–2024), liaising with over 30 global teams and functional teams. - Supported Ascott properties in sustainable operations through rolling out of group – wide initiatives including green lease, supplier evaluation form, waste management programme, responsible sourcing programme - Delivered global in-house trainings on Carbon and Water Footprints, GSTC Compliance, and Sustainability Benchmarking. Over 250 Ascott properties now publish carbon and water footprints on their websites. - Co - led Ascott’s Disability Inclusion Roadmap. Milestones include signing an MOU with SG Enable (2024), Ascott’s participation in Singapore’s Purple Parade 2024, and over 60% of Ascott properties displays accessibility information online. - Organised CSR initiatives such as World Cleanup Day 2024 and the #LoveOurSenior bread delivery campaign during Ascott Global Conference 2024.

- Managed key customer accounts, including National Environment Agency, National Healthcare Group, GovTech, Immigration & Checkpoint Authority and identified new opportunities - Organised technology conferences as secretary of the organising committee, including InnoTech 2022 with over 2,000 physical attendees - Monitored and managed ongoing sales leads to assure effectual and precise summary of business, covering over 2,000 data points - Generated business insights and management reporting through analysis of data and trends - Coordinated customer engagement activities such as visits and meetings to obtain leads and maintain customer relationship
