- Providing technical sales support to client, conduct market survey for next in demand - Support sales PIC in non standard technical support and prepare costing sheet for non standard application - Gather information from regional dealers and subsidiaries on upwards trend application or specification to ensure our product meets the high level of expectation from customer

-Provide maintenance to generator set, fuel system, load banking testing and other services on customer site. -Providing support and solution to customer if they have any queries or fault in their system. -Support Service Manager in running day to day operations, manpower deployment and other administrative matters such as invoicing, prepare MOS&RA.
