Smart Routing Optimization for Wafer Table Flatness Treatment

I completed the thesis internship of my bachelor degree in VTEC Lasers & Sensors. I worked with the multi-sensor project, which is the calibration and validation of multi-sensor. VTEC developed a multi-sensor to help the WELL institute to certify the buildings. The RESET standard is regarded as the reference to measure whether the multi-sensor is qualified or not. I built up the experiments to collect valid data and applied Python to process the data. Based on the data loss, data resolution, accuracy, and intra-model variability requirements in the RESET standard, I built the linear regression model to calibrate the measurement. After calibration, the validation results show that the accuracy satisfaction has increased from a previous minimum of 8% to an average of over 85%.
