● Prepare trusts and entities monthly brokerage transactions with Quickbooks ● Process payroll, book monthly journal entries for several brokerage accounts, prepare quarterly grant projection and work on investment schedules with auditors for a nonprofit foundation account ● Prepare estate, fiduciary, gift, nonprofit foundation, individual and entity tax returns with CCH prosystem fx ● Have significant experience in high net worth individuals having various brokerage accounts, holding stocks and bonds, multi K-1s and multistate filing ● Have significant experience in preparing tax returns with Section 754 and 743(b) issues ● Have experience in preparing individual tax returns with 1031 exchange transactions ● Prepare quarterly estimates and year end projection for entities and individuals with BNA planner ● Prepare probate accounting and financial statements ● Prepare compilation, tax workpapers and letters with Engagement and PDF Flyer ● Prepare Form1099 MISC and NEC filing with CFS ● Research for tax issues and reforms

● Communicate with clients regarding their global assets structure and customize tax plans with tax compliance ● Prepare tax returns for individuals and entities with foreign assets (FFBAR, 5471, 8938, etc.) ● Prepare year-end projection and following year tax planning ● Prepare sales tax and county business taxes filing ● Work with CES or ADP system for clients’ payroll processing ● Prepare monthly financial transactions with Quickbooks ● Apply for nonresident withholding certificates for high-net-worth real property transactions (Form8288-B) ● File new business registration documents and prepare bylaw and business structure change documents ● Provide timely responses for federal and state tax notices

● Prepare accounts payable and receivable with invoices, bank records and expense reports ● Input value added taxon purchase invoice registration and complete monthly VAT declaration ● Proofread and print the supporting documents upon receiving from the customers ● Draft and reply to demand letters and prepare monthly closing entries and financial reporting ● File reports and tax documents and review and analyze accounts for preparation of auditing ● Communicate with officers of tax bureau and prepare the tax return documents for current fiscal year
