Jiaoyan Shen

I graduated from WP Carry school of Business in Arizona State University, where I earned dual degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Data Analytics, along with a Certificate in International Business. My academic journey gave me a strong foundation in supply chain strategy, operations management, and data-driven problem solving, while also broadening my perspective through global business studies and international exposure. Currently, I am working in the supply chain industry, with responsibilities that bridge business development, logistics operations, and client engagement. In this role, I actively apply my analytical background to real-world challenges—whether it is improving operational efficiency, supporting cross-border commerce, or driving partnerships that strengthen supply chain networks. Each project I take on reinforces my ability to connect data with business insights and equips me with practical experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. Beyond day-to-day work, I continue to reflect on and summarize the lessons I learn, with the goal of building long-term expertise in supply chain management, data analytics, and international business development. This process not only strengthens my technical and strategic skills, but also helps me shape a clearer vision of my career path in the global logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.
