Act as an interface to commercial, responsible for the end to end supply chain including planning and logistic operation and other supply chain related projects.

Responsible to lead the Dalian Program to develop the strategy for MAT/CMO and site separation stream to ensure this program will be executed within the timeline agreed between Pfizer and Viatris. By the end of Jun, the strategy of the MAT/CMO was aligned and endorsed by multiple stakeholders which meet the expectation from the program sponsor

Responsible to lead the supply chain related project including New Product Launch, FICE project(GSP license), Due Diligence (M&A, License-in ), Pfizer-Hisun JV Product Transfer, Distribution Network Planning and Execution, Logistic Compliance& Market Excellence, IMEx Deployment(Pfizer Production System), Serialization Program Optimization, acting as APAC Supply Lead to resolve long term Supply Issue and lastly APAC Serialization BAU transition Deployment. All the project were ended with a great success and exceeds the expectation of the sponsors&stakeholders, especially for new product launch which set a new timing record one after one to timely meet patient needs

The key responsibility includes Demand and Supply Planning, Sale Order Management, Logistic Operation for FTZ and FICE(GSP license) company and LSP Management etc. The key achievement was to optimize the logistic network for imported products to enable commercial strategy and cost saving, also on-board Lilly Trade Co.,LTD from sales order management, supply chain and logistic operation perspective

Responsible for sales order management, delivery to customer and commercial support. The key achievement is to improve the warehouse capacity by 30% through right-sizing the carton to fully leverage the pallet storage capacity, also the optimize the transportation vendor selection to eventually achieve 20% of logistic cost saving and reduce the damage to 0.2%. and eliminate the pilferage.
