I write and send out 15 emails per semester to 30+ members, advertising our weekly meetings and other events that are coming up. Additionally, I also participate in weekly leadership meetings to reflect on previous events and discuss future events.

Before ever weekly large group meeting I assists in carrying, setting up, and breaking down audio/visual equipment. Then I would manage the slideshows by pressing through slides on key. Finally, after our weekly large group meeting, I would attend a weekly student leader meeting to review the week's events, what we could have done better, and prepare for future events.

• Gathered 500+ student outcome data for graduate students, including employment status and location, by reviewing their LinkedIn profiles, and conducting a second round of checks weeks later to verify updates and ensure relevance. This data is then used to support school rankings and marketing towards prospective students. • Ensured accurate reporting by using Excel XLookUp function to pull standardized employer names from a master file and added new name variations from the graduate student outcome dataset to the master file. • Collected recent student outcome data from 11 competitors to benchmark performance

I engaged in a 10-week Python training program where I learned how to utilize python in data analytics, using Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. Additionally I participate in meetings with various industry professionals who specialize in life, health, and home insurance to learn more about the Insurance Industry.

I accurately and efficiently processed 100 customer orders daily while providing friendly, warm, and welcoming service. This established long-term customer relations and created a positive customer experience.
