-Play a role as a leader of several projects to ensure the smoothiness of the project and delivery timeline of the machine is on schedule. - Keep customer updated with the progress from time to time. -Prepare quotation during RFQ stage. -Prepare ECR cost sheet during the end stage of a project. -Prepare engineering return list during the end stage of a project for inventory count purpose. - Follow up the estimated to arrive (ETA) date from time to time with purchasers and SQE to ensure all the required fabrication parts and standard parts can be received on time based on the project timeline. -Guide technicians to assemble the machines from zero to completed stage. - Perform mechanical and sensor alignments to the machine to make the machine work accordingly based on the machine features and functionality. -Highlight design issues to designers during assembly and testing stage. -Cross departmental collaboration with software engineer to discuss on the sequences of the modules when a new features is introduced to the machine. -Provide oversea onsite support at customer site after the completed machines are managed to be delivering to customer's site. - Perform process validation (PV) and SAT run at customer site to test on the stability and functionality of the delivery machines. - Perform Preliminary Design Review (PDR) with customer to test on the stability of the machine and find out and highlight all the design issues if any to designers. - Maintain good relationships with customers at customer's site. - Provide instant support to customer to test and validate the new programs introduced by customer for tester's machines. -Analyse screwdriver and promess press failure according to the graphs provided and make any necessary changes to the program to ensure all the specifications can be achieved based on customer's RFQ - Make adjustments to current cognex, keyence LJX, IV and IV 2 vision programs to suit with the requirements of the customer.

-Application of sheet metal manufacturing processes for new part - Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & tolerance drawing - Convert part into DXF format for laser cut nesting program - Make 2D manufacturing process drawing for production use - Make sheet Metal 3D drawing with SOLIDWORKS - Make 3D assembly drawing with SOLIDWORKS - Implementation of ERP system for project management and data input - Document and take record of the turrent punch tooling - Carry out meeting with customer for external part review - Come out Design for Manufacturing (DFM) during sample stage - Build up sample before mass production
