Overall strategic and operational responsibility in Asia for all biological and synthetic drug modalities. End to end responsibility in scouting, diligence and deal execution of licensing and collaborations

Responsible for search & evaluation, scientific diligence and transactional support, actively looking for in-licensing and investment opportunities of therapeutic programs, mainly focusing on biologics in Immuno-oncology and oncology globally

Leveraging internal and external resources to establish a portfolio of biologics to include e.g. monoclonal and multi-specific antibodies, fusion proteins etc. Dual role in search and evaluation for business development

* Lead a team of scientists to establish a center of excellence to support contract research services * Built in vitro and in vivo, immunology and immune-oncology platforms to serve global client needs in drug discovery * Established Flow cytometry and Pathology lab with CAP accreditation and GCP compliance for clinical biomarker service * Delivered over 100 client projects, special thanks to our global leading biotech and big pharma partners
