1） Contribute medical leadership to clinical development programs in obesity area 2）Design and support clinical trials and data interpretation. 3） Collaborate with cross-functional teams on generation of clinical development plan in China to optimize the anti-obesity pipeline planning.

1)Work as the early evidence lead in the immunology & inflammation TA 2) Lead the early evidence team and collaborate with cross function colleagues to work out the early clinical development strategy in China to ensure China fully integrated into the global early phase study 3) Design and support clinical trials and data interpretation(ph1-3) 4) Work as the medical expert to support the Asian ph1 study and generate the ph1 data by collaborating with the Asian DMPK team (Japan and China), which support China to join the global ph2 study and for the future registration.

China product team lead & Clinical research physician role: 1) China development strategy generation; research protocol development, medical support during trial execution, etc. 2) Expertise in immunology（Rheumatology, Dermatology etc) and metabolic (obesity& diabetes) disease area

1）Develop new launch strategy and integrated evidence generation strategy for immunotherapy portfolio（Cosentyx, etc.) 2）Develop medical strategy for products （Galvus，Eucreas）in diabetes 3） Lead the clinical trial (ph4, RWE )and publication strategy to meet the evidence gap and extend the life cycle of related assets. 4）Expertise in metabolic (diabetes) and immunology disease area
