Excellent scientific written and oral communication skills, including presenting scientific results and content internally and externally, writing and reviewing preclinical regulatory reports for INDs and writing manuscripts for publications in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Clinical Investigation. 7. Extensive in vivo pharmacology research experience in multiple murine models of cardiovascular, neuromuscular, and neurodegenerative diseases, with in depth and hands on experience in cardiovascular physiological, electrophysiological, biochemical, and histopathological techniques, as well as establishing animal models including humanized models. 8. Years people management experience with successful team engagement. 9. Serve as a member of IACUC committee, write and review IACUC protocols, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
