• Responsible for the management of tax advisory projects upon request of clients and delivery of timely, accurate and reliable tax reports; • Responsible for conducting tax review/due diligence for target entities, identifying tax risk exposures in business processes and making recommendations for improvement; • Responsible for tax compliance work, including tax filing, R&D expense super deduction, HNTE application, and etc.; • Responsible for daily communication with competent tax authorities and relevant government departments and handling daily inquiries from the tax bureau.

• Responsible for tax compliance on a regular basis for assigned entities, including but not limited to monthly Value-Added Tax, quarterly Corporate Income Tax, monthly Stamp Duty filing returns, VAT refund filing returns and tax procedures related to withholding taxes; • Process necessary data and wok on the monthly VAT reconciliation between book and tax; • Responsible for document preparation and situation explanation on tax audit; • Support Tax manager for process standardization and integration across different legal entities.

· Assist with the tax compliance cases, including monthly/annual filing, VAT Refund filing, withholding tax filing, etc.; • Assist with learning about the inter-company transactions of the enterprise, identify the function and risks, analysis the industry characteristics, conduct benchmarking analysis and draft the transfer pricing documentation; • Provide advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning; • Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations, undertake the research of key projects, provide opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review.
