Built from the ground up and managed a three-member team responsible for the entire lifecycle (development, operation, maintenance) of our proprietary DNA-Encoded Library (DEL) informatics platform. Owned the full stack of DEL screening data: from initial processing and analysis through to client communication. · Bioinformatics Track: Overhauled our high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data processing and quality control (QC) pipelines, boosting efficiency and slashing processing times and error rates. Developed and maintained specialized algorithms and workflows for DEL screening data analysis, generating key outputs like enrichment factors to guide downstream decision-making. · Cheminformatics Track: Spearheaded the sourcing and curation of chemical building blocks for DEL library construction. Engineered custom code enabling virtual synthesis workflows to aid library design. Applied computational approaches (e.g., QSAR modeling, molecular docking) to analyze DEL screening hits, pinpoint and validate potential actives, and authored technical reports supporting project progress and decision points. Led projects end-to-end: Managed timelines, resources, and fostered tight cross-functional collaboration (Synthesis, Analytics, Screening) to deliver milestones on time and to client specifications. Acted as key client interface: Presented scientific findings and managed expectations across global project teams (communication primarily in English).
