My responsibilities include providing L2 support for Renesas’ ADAS team and developing demo programs for customer presentations at exhibitions. One of my key achievements was independently proposing, designing, and developing a performance monitoring tool specifically for the Renesas R-Car V4M development board. This tool overlays on other application screens, providing real-time monitoring of the board’s performance metrics, enabling customers to better understand the capabilities of our development boards and sample programs. Additionally, I am currently involved in a project leveraging large language models to assist customers in developing applications for the R-Car series development boards.

During this job, I gained expertise in Microsoft’s System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) suite, which is used for enterprise server management and application monitoring. I assisted numerous customers in resolving technical issues they encountered while using these products.

During this job, I was primarily responsible for software and web service development. I contributed to the development of an advanced transportation management service designed to optimize customers' delivery operations and labor management. In this role, I independently designed and developed the backend and frontend components of a submodule called the ECO System. This module evaluated drivers based on behaviors such as sudden braking and sharp turns over a month, generating a comprehensive score report to assess their driving habits.
