Responsible of Quality Assurance (QA) inspection of every stage of product development process, from incoming inspection, in processing inspection to finished product checking. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborated with 6 QA department teammates. • Inspected the quality of incoming raw fruits, cooking process canned products and final packaging. • Evaluated samples of different type of products against standards by performing double seam inspections, visual inspections, microbiological tests and other established tests. • Liaised between QA department and other departments such as production department and store department about any defected items. • Assisted the development of Halal Assurance System (HAS) manual for application of Malaysia Halal Certification. • Assisted the auditing process for the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification.

- Organised a 3 days 2 nights seminar which was attended by 100 AIESECers from University of Nottingham Malaysia, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia and Xiamen University Malaysia. - Managed logistics of the event which includes accommodation, venue, transport and food. - Promoted the seminar through different media such as facebook and telegram. - Kept in touch with the delegates and resolve problems raised by them. - Prepared materials requested by the facilitators. - Resolved issues related to venue and delegates during the seminar.

- Led a team of 7 members in managing Light Your Future, Eureka! (L.Y.F.E) project which targets SDGs #4: Quality Education and aims to raise career awareness among high school students. - Facilitated the experience of 25 international volunteers from Germany, Egypt, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan and India. - Engaged and secured schools and externals for the project. - Planned budget for the project and oversaw its cash flow management with the Finance & Legality department. - Resolved complex situations raised by the volunteers. - Organised career awareness workshops for around 300 high school students from SMK Tinggi Kajang, SMK Tasek Kesuma and SMK Saujana Impian. - Held LYFE conference to raise awareness regarding career paths and soft skills among high school students.
