•Oversee the procurement process, including requisition processing, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination. •Implementing, monitoring and control of shipment arrangement with suppliers. • Ensure of on time delivery. • To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately. • To review and ensure all purchases are compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. • Coordinating with logistic department on shipment arrangement and custom exemption application. • Assist to initiate, develop and implementation of department procedures. • Maintaining proper documents control and filling system.

•Report directly to the Head of Department on all important/problems. •Responsible for material planning and purchasing activities. •Negotiate pricing with supplier and follow up on order delivery matter to meet the requirements. •Monitor the supplier performance and delivery schedule on time and in full.

•Carry out all purchasin duties •To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchase. •Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods. •Assist in selecting and evaluating existing / new suppliers to ensure they conform to quality , cost To assist with monthly material or product inventory count. •Timely submit the matching of PO , invoice and DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment. •Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
