As a postgraduate student in Organisational Psychology at the University of Liverpool, my interest lies in supporting employees' mental health and working towards creating an positive synergy between organisations and employees. My hands-on expericne in talent acquisition and counseling have strenghtened my understanding of human behaviour, employee motivation and people management. I'm passionate about fostering positive organisaitonal culture through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement and strategic communication. I'm skilled in market research, project management and collaboration, I am now looking for roles HR, people management or talent development where psychology and business intersect to create meaningful impact.
