Ji Fang

With a Ph.D. in Natural Language Processing from Stanford University, I am the former Head of Research Science and Lead Scientist in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning at Medallia. Prior to that, I was a researcher at Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). I am passionate about organizing and analyzing data to help people find what they want online with greater accuracy, speed and efficiency. I have turned that passion into my life’s work by creating the technology that fuels Divinia’s suite of products to make search better for everyone – consumers, marketers and, e-commerce sites. I received my BA & MA in Linguistics from Peking University.
