Developing mechatronics for confocal systems, which upgrade standard microscopes into super resolution confocal microscopes. Initially mainly active on a technical level, but currently also involved in project management.

Developing a wearable to stabilize the hands of tremor patients. Involved in product development during various stages, from setting-up requirements to data analysis of clinical trials. Focusing mainly on analytically translating requirements into solutions, designing mechatronic components, and hands-on development of prototypes. The developed orthosis has resulted in a patent.

Developing and maintaining clean room qualification tooling for several sub-assemblies for the semiconductor industry. Guaranteeing and improving product quality, while making sure production continues. Was active in multiple disciplines including real-time systems, electronics, and data analysis.

Developing an active body weight support system for research on gait recovery of spinal cord injured primates in collaboration with EPFL and University of Fribourg. Was responsible for the mechanics, electronics, and control of the system, while working closely with the animal facility researchers.

Designing controllers for multirotor drones to capture a fixed wing drone. Resulted in a paper for the 2016 ICUAS conference.

Engineering the cable connection of a wind farm in Vlaardingen.
