Expertise in the Mexico and border zone logistics & warehousing market. Responsibilities include managing key accounts and daily operations. Managing bonded operations in both the U.S. and Mexico.

• Manage international and domestic shipments, including air, ocean, and ground transportation. • Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions. • Release Pre-Alert, Arrival Notice and Last Free Day information. • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments. • Provide customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Supplier development and management. • Manage AP/AR process, including billing and payment processing. • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

• Procurement – Experienced in procurement of MRO and MRP materials for project-based needs, skilled in supplier management, negotiation, and inventory control. • Logistics – Responsible for managing logistics operations from Asia to Juarez, MX factory, demonstrating expertise in southbound transportation and bonded shipments. • Planning – Responsible for overseeing material and production planning, as well as coordinating delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. • Customs – Managed the company's import and export processes, including controlling company certificates and ensuring compliance with all customs regulations. • Warehousing – Raw material and finish goods receiving and delivery. • HR – Salary, Labor litigation & headcount control. (Familiar with local labor law.)
