Led and contributed to various customer projects with a strong focus on cost optimization, helping organizations reduce cloud spend through architecture reviews, rightsizing, and usage analysis. Also created, assessed, and secured AWS environments, implemented Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enhanced email security, ensured compliance, and supported large-scale hybrid cloud migrations. - Assessment of AWS environment - Implementation of AWS Config - Implementation of SCPs - Design and implement a Control Tower to create and govern new accounts. - Design and implement pipelines for the frontend and backend applications - Participate in the design of the architecture for the frontend and backend applications - Design and implement IaC in the current AWS environment for new resources - For existing resources, import them into Terraform code. - Train the personnel to familiarize themselves with these tools. - Implement DMARC, which includes SPF Policies and DKIM - Address any vulnerability found in the environment - Migration of servers from Azure to AWS

Our CICD team is in charge of maintaining and improve our CICD tool and infrastructure. Different deployments are made using terraform and Cloudformation mainly in AWS For application deployments in the above infrastructure, we use java, scala, maven, docker, kubernetes, nexus, sonarqube among others. In my current role, I'm in charge of manage and priority the duties of the CICD team in order to allow every team leverage in our available tools.

As a member of the CICD team, we design, develop and maintain pipelines in Jenkins for the deployment of applications of different teams which use diverse technologies such as java, scala, android, ios, Maven, Gradle, Fastlane. Besides that also deploy the infrastructure for those applications using Terraform and Cloudformation.

I have worked in the backend team for an App project, in the project we were in charge of three environments using GCP as a cloud provider and Firebase as Database, develop micro-services to expose data and create automation tools to promote data from one environment to other, developments were made using Golang as a programming language and were deployed using GAE Standard and Flex through the pipeline of Gitlab or Jenkins

As a DevOps engineer, I had the opportunity to work with 2 core projects. I was in charge of setting up environment of QA, Stage and Production in AWS, the pipelines to promote from an environment to another, assure the operativity between the cloud and the on premises services, and implementing new technologies or strategies in order to optimize time and resources of the team.

- Desarrollo, administración y actualización de CMS. - Desarrollo de aplicaciones para dar solución a problemas propios del Departamento (servicios rest con Java 1.8). - Administración y monitoreo de sala de computo de física (Linux ubuntu). - Implementar las soluciones necesarias para suplir las necesidades tecnológicas del personal docente, administrativo, investigativo y estudiantil del Departamento. - Administrar los servidores del Departamento y asegurar la correcta prestación de los servicios que en ellos se encuentran. (Administración de licencias, servidores WEB y uso de servidores LDAP). - Administración de inventario de los equipos de cómputo del departamento. - Brindar soporte de primer nivel en la administración del centro de cómputo del departamento.
