I designed integrated circuits for a high-performance graphics engine for use in simulators used in industrial and military applications. This involved implementation and testing hardware that rendered objects and textures using digital design techniques.

I directed the product strategy for Nortel's end-to-end Carrier Ethernet product portfolio including product investment decisions, outbound messaging, standards support, and portfolio strategy.

I was a product manager for Nortel components group where I managed 10Gbps Ethernet family of products including SERDES, amplifier, and MAC chipsets. I lead the team that introduced a family of internally focused products to the merchange market under the Nortel brand.

I designed ASIC devices for a variety of Nortel internal applications including SONET/SDH framers/mappers, ATM protocol controlers, HDLC controlers, DSP and microprocessor assist devices. I had the privilege to manage a group of 6-10 engineers and consultants to deliver components into Nortel's DMS, Passport, and OPTera product lines

I designed hardware for a variety of GE business applications including radar systems, and consumer medical devices as well as a set of design tools and libraries for use by other designers.
