Lead a 100% remote team of over 20 employees; conducting a comprehensive team & culture rebuild with an emphasis on total responsibility and highest performance. Develop supporting operational structures to bring the customer management & fulfillment teams' capacity to 2.5X industry average, and client retention to 4X industry average. Drive executive decisions in conjunction with the leadership team to generate short-term expansion without ever losing sight of the long-term vision & mission of the company.
