Full-cycle recruitment for all corporate headquarter functions, developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. This involved leveraging techniques such as Boolean searches across platforms to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates. Oversaw the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing candidate engagement, in-depth assessments, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and seamless onboarding. Refreshing Springs Resort (currently known as Beacon Resort) was a 33-acre riverside venue located approximately 1.5 hours from Kuala Lumpur, offering diverse lodging options (rooms, dorms, campground) for individual guests and various group events, including team-building activities, conferences, and private retreats. Co-founded and played a pivotal role in the business's development and expansion, achieving a remarkable six-fold capacity increase over a 12-year period. This success underscores a strategic vision and effective execution in capitalizing on identified market opportunities. Furthermore, I oversaw the daily operations of the 33-acre lodging venue, ensuring efficient service delivery and consistently providing a high-quality guest experience for a diverse range of clientele. Demonstrated innovation in program development by designing and marketing unique offerings that leveraged the property's natural assets, successfully attracting corporate clients, schools, and health retreat attendees. This showcases strategic marketing and product development skills. I also spearheaded revenue diversification efforts by pioneering and expanding campground offerings, effectively tapping into a new market segment. Served as the primary liaison for clients, third-party vendors, training providers and agents, skillfully negotiating rates and developing proposals to optimize profitability and foster strong partnership outcomes. Executed advertising directives based on briefs provided by planners and coordinated with media owners and creative agencies to ensure the precise execution of clients’ campaign requirements. Supported the daily management of media activities for client accounts and maintained and updated media records as needed.

Joined KLPac for one production - The Poet & The Rent. My duties were to be well informed of all there is to know related to the production and ensure that everything is on schedule. On a typical work day, I record the director's decisions about blocking and notes for the actors, call cues during rehearsals, keep track of logistical and scheduling details and communicate what goes on in rehearsals to the rest of the team (actors, crews and designers).
