A little on me... I have over 15 years of M&A experience, including 8 years in the Banking sector with Coutts. During this time, I have worked on various transactions globally from complex lending facilities, IP acquisitions, investment fundraising, Private Equity to trade sales/acquisitions, covering various sectors including professional services, music & entertainment, sport, hospitality and commercial property. ​I have consulted and assisted many HNW individuals, business owners and other commercial businesses; building close long-lasting relationships with all parties involved in transactions not simply just the shareholders themselves. Therefore, resulting in an unrivalled network of Partners of accountancy practices, Partners of law firms, business insurers, lenders, and wealth managers to name a few. During my time I have also co-founded a London based Music & Entertainment Business. Looking after talent and all aspects of their career, as well as curating entertainment and organising various notable events such as The Open After Party, Monaco GP and London Fashion week parties to name a few.
