As an Aircraft Maintenance Instructor at Dyncorp International in 2017, I trained and oversaw UH1-HII maintenance technicians of host nation in all areas of aircraft upkeep with a special focus on safety and proper maintenance techniques. I rendered exceptional advisory services and support to phase teams during inspection cycles for successful completion. A few key achievements in this tenure include: ✪ Conducted training needs assessment for host national instructor and students of National Police of Peru; developed resource material in English/Spanish in compliance with ISD standards to meet program objectives. ✪ Audited four shops as a quality assurance specialist, resulted in zero discrepancy in pre audit. ✪ Credited for grading 75+ written exams and 88 practical evaluations.

In 2015, I was the Training Manager at DynCorp International, and I defined training needs based on operational objectives, government regulations, new business, and contract requirements in collaboration with AMCOM and SANG Leadership. I trained SANG soldiers on helicopter maintenance, shop operations, aviation ground support equipment, and safety. I utilized LMS to collect data; formulated and communicated student progress reports with SANG generals for the decision-making process. A few key achievements in this tenure include: ✪ Created and led aviation maintenance training program for Saudi Arabian National Guard 1st Aviation Brigade. ✪ Acknowledged for successfully executing AS9110 aerospace standard with zero nonconformities. ✪ Delivered training for AH-64E, UH-60M, AH-6i, and Back Shop platforms in line with US Army Aviation doctrine. ✪ Developed standard operating procedures for the training program, covering student qualification criteria. ✪ Introduced learning management system to track 16 job specialties by tasks and percent of completion.

I was the MI-17 Helicopter Maintenance Instructor at DynCorp International in 2014, and I coached students on rotary-wing aircraft; improved performance at individual and group levels. I delivered Afghan Air Force maintenance training using instructional system development processes. I assessed students’ performance and provided constructive feedback. A few key achievements in this tenure include: ✪ Designed helicopter maintenance curriculum and supporting material to optimize training and comprehension. ✪ Graduated 13 Afghan Air Force maintenance technicians in the MI-17 helicopter.

As a Nationalization & Training Manager at DynCorp International in 2011, I mobilized resources at country level, including transportation/relocation of resources, employees, and technicians to ensure achievement of training and mission objectives. I led all personnel as well as three hostile major work sites. A few key achievements in this tenure include: ✪ Executed US Department of State nationalization contract for the country of Colombia. ✪ Headed maintenance personnel to support Colombian Army plan, helicopter program, and National Police Aerial Eradication program for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement. ✪ Rolled out the Colombian Army Nationalization program plan, including direct management of UH-1H/N, Huey IIs, UH-60, as well as AT-802 aircraft maintenance, ALSE, logistics, armament, and GEOINT program personnel.

I was the Aviation Maintenance Manager and UH-60 Instructor/Evaluator during my tenure in the United States Navy. I drove aviation maintenance tasks and priorities for 300+ technicians. I maintained high up time for Sikorsky helicopters through planned and preventive maintenance. I met maintenance deadlines by proactively procuring required spare parts. I attained authorization to release aircraft Safe-for-Flight. I directed 10 inspectors to meet quality assurance goals. I delivered aviation maintenance instruction related to H-60 to Navy and civilian. A few key achievements in this tenure include: ✪ Received numerous promotions with increased responsibilities for exhibiting continuous service excellence. ✪ Selected as program manager for four major squadron maintenance programs. ✪ Spearheaded learning activities using automated electronic classroom for UH-60 curriculum of instruction. ✪ Revised lectures and material on MH-60S for distant Navy teaching facilities shore and afloat.
