Design and development of full people-centric digital products. I led the business development and the customers relations, taking care of achieving the best client-product fit. I was in charge of capturing our customers needs and provide them with the single best solution for their longterm success. Our mission was not only about the product we were selling, but a strategy that would make them diferenciate and beat the market. My biggest accomplishment was to sell, design and manage a project to the McDonald’s Foundation at a national scale that consisted on 2 mobile & desktop applications.

Cofounded this company once we encountered a problem: the process of short duration hiring is as bad as it was in the 90s. After 150+ interviews, with a full knowledge about the problem, we designed a fake solution, then tested it with 30+ potential clients and then we developed a functional prototype. I was in charge of designing the UI of both a hybrid mobile app and web application dashboard. I was also in charged of all of the external communication of the project (Interviews, potential clients, etc). Also committed to coordinate the project.
