Provided industry-training presentations for LCH member firms on SPAN Margining. Led LCH and designed the SwapClear Risk management from idea to launch. SwapClear is now the most successful IRS clearing product globally. Designed from scratch the Risk protocol and overall risk system for SwapClear. At the time was the first CCP risk manager to provide margining and x-margining solution of IRS vs. Futures products. Oversaw LCH’s Zero curve construction methodology, which was formerly ratified with industry leaders and practitioners. LIFFE Operations manager – Prior to moving to the Risk Management role spent 18mths working at LIFFE for LCH. Involved in monitoring exercise of options trading on the open outrcry pit. Conducted pit observer course. Day to day operation of the LIFFE clearing system. Helped in the management and physical delivery of Bund & Gilt Futures contracts.
