*Efficiently supervising the maintenance team including charge hand and multi skilled trades people. *Conduct regular inspection of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. *Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with QHSE polices, *Maintain all machinery to ensure its at working standards. *Maintaining department KPI's MTTR,MTBF * Resolved operational problems(Electrical,Mechanical,Hydraulics,Electronics or software related problem in CNC machine,Different brand EOT and Gantry crane,Conventional machine,Welding machine,shot blasting machine,Battery operated DC Bogie,Forklifts,bus,truck trailer,container loading machine,utility equipment. *Capable to erection/commissioning/operation and maintenance of special purpose CNC machines being used in PEB and tower industries. *Developing ,promoting and achieving a positive and productive team atmosphere with the maintenance group while working closely with other departments. *Develop ,co-ordinate and implement shutdown,preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. *Expertise in erection commissioning and maintenance of plant utilities ,varius substation equipment as well as building and office utilities. *Spare parts and inventory management.

⮚ Installation, Commissioning, Operation ,maintenance, Trouble shooting of Heavy equipment(Blast hole, water well drill rigs)(Model:C650D,C650E,C750D,C750E,C850E) ⮚ Having full confident of diagnosing the Electro Hydraulic, Pneumatic system, Air compressor as well as fuel injection system at any engine. ⮚ Coordinate with the dealer and dealer service engineers and solve field problems. ⮚ Provide adequate advice to customers with the help of product and service. ⮚ Provide outstanding solutions to customers regarding service to their existing machine through that retain them as genuine customers. ⮚ Describe the parts inventory proportional to the existing equipment’s population and according to the previous achievements. ⮚ Keep the customers as a genuine after warranty to achieve the projected targets both service and parts. ⮚ Monitoring the executed projects status, Describe & project documentation for the upcoming projects to achieve the maximum business potential through that to increase the market share. ⮚ Periodic visits to private contractors to generate parts business. ⮚ Joint visit along with sales person to give assurance to customers of prompt service support. Also Joint visits with parts staff to sites & recommendation for repairs and prompt for use genuine spare parts
