Job Description 1. Responsible for global supply chain optimization projects, seeking SC optimization chance and launching the project; 2. Lead CN-DE transfer business for China team, build brand new communication and operation processes in the new business, definite owners in all SC sections, coordinate with Business, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and R&D departments to solve problems; 3. Participate in China plant re-layout program, evaluate the possibility of Suzhou & Yangzhong warehouse integration, finalize the warehouse re-layout solution, set up standards for warehouse management; 4. Accountable for logistics projects and logistics contract negotiation, manage Logistics Department and supervise daily business; 5. Set up and adjust supply chain module in new product development, simulate business scenarios and evaluate cost; 6. Create and deliver reports of SC project deliverables, inventory and operation plan, E&O reports, etc. Major Achievement 1. Successfully complete 2017-2018 global supply chain optimization projects, drop 45% inventory amount (from 120M+ RMB to 67M RMB), improve 60% DOH (from 100ds+ to 40ds), enhance storage utilization ratio 50%+; 2. Keep On-time-delivery-in-full rate 98%+ on FG delivery; 3. Set up a new SC structure and process within three months for global transfer business, succeed in accomplishing the first material transfer; 4. Integrate Suzhou & Yangzhong warehouse, complete the first phase of re-layout project, save yearly 600K RMB warehouse leasing and logistics cost; 5. Cooperate with DHL to establish the FTWZ in India, shorten 30ds FG in-transit lead time; 6. Improve the process of supplier daily management, establish the work flow and mechanism for operation, keep optimization; 7. Timely complete SC evaluation in NPD, keep offering SC optimization suggestions.

Job Description 1. Lead a material planning team, monitoring material deliveries and inventories based on daily production schedules and rolling forecast 2. Lead a front-line team, cooperating with the Operation Dept. on daily site management 3. Responsible for part of warehouse management, mainly for storage improvement and process optimization 4. Coordinate cross-functional activities on new projects developing, checking BOM, tracking PPAP progress, following deliveries, preparing for the transition to mass production, etc 5. Cooperate with the Procurement Dept., handling issues concerning suppliers phasing in and out, optimizing supplier capacity, delivery, price, etc 6. Cooperate with the Quality Dept., following the progress of quality problem disposal 7. Responsible for day-to-day supplier management, setting the safety stock, ABC part and delivery frequency, reviewing OTD performance, etc 8. Deliver monthly inventory reports and inventory forecast analysis, E&O reports, supplier OTD performance reports Major Achievement 1. Hit ITO target - RIP 190+ / Total 80+, Continuous 5%+ improvements on ITO yearly 2. Contribute to 99% OTD by promise, and 4-6-9 natural days lead time for ABC finished goods 3. Control annual physical counting variance within 1% 4. Timely warehouse re-layout per production requests without interference to production 5. Enable all new projects to transit smoothly to mass production, 7% annual cost saving on magnet wire size reduction project 6. Complete business transfer to Oracle system on material planning module before go-live
