Manage the Technology Support team activities in Asia with responsibility for helpdesk staffing, quality and timeliness of service, staff development and appraisals. Ensure that Maintenance, Support, and Upgrades visits and training classes are scheduled and delivered on time maintaining high levels of quality. Liaise with other Support Team Leads to coordinate global provision of support services. Provide client support and training in areas of expertise. Liaise with Product Champions, software developers and KBC consultants to ensure client needs are met. Lead software implementation/flow sheeting projects. Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers. Provide Sales and Marketing Support - conduct demonstrations of the software and answer technical questions, assist in technical proposal development as part of the sales process.

Frontline support for Petro-SIM and SIM Suite Refinery Reactor Models software, troubleshoot various issue like software installation, flowsheet calibration, and model applications for oil&gas clients in Asia Pacific region. Client liaison / discussion of technical aspects of work in specialist area Perform process simulations including model calibration and implement simulation solutions at client sites – deliver monitoring systems, operational models Deliver various software training courses on their applications in oil and gas industry

* A team member of Technology Department with responsibilities include: * providing process engineering support to Shell Bukom Refinery Thermal Cracking and Sulphur Production complex * being responsible for design and development of new projects. * performing unit optimization, troubleshooting, and proactive technical monitoring.
