Conduct feasibility studies and verification to assess new technology for process improvement.  Lead responsible for the Auto-Current System, an RMS (Recipe Management System) that automatically configures parameters according to product model and production volume to ensure the correct conditions are applied.  Proficient in using analytical instruments (titration, pH meter, hull cell) to monitor plating solution quality. Applied SPC for data control and deviation reduction, led troubleshooting of bath OOC/OOS issues. Ensured documentation integrity and updated safety data sheets.
