I was in charge of outgoing flow of the store from opening to closing procedure for about three months alone. We then hired a second agent to assist and growing the Brownsville office. Would provide feedback to management. Work on current and new book of business for this office. Planned out weekly plans with outgoing and local marketing events. Dealerships, restaurants, and all our business partners would contribute in B2B enviorment that would lead to referrals. Direct Auto Insurance is located in thirteen different states. I was employed as an Insurance agent for about six months, obtain my license auto insurance. Objective was to hit our monthly goals. We manage to grow that kiosk inside the Juniors Supermarket a 50% increase in six months. Given the opportunity to manage Pronto 57, located inside the HEB in Weslaco, TX. In less than three months we manage to show a 25% growth in monthly premium. Hold several different types of events and daily marketing routines to achieve this.
