Jesteena Jose

I’m an M.Sc. student in Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Applications at OTH Amberg-Weiden, focused on building applied AI systems that move from ideas to working, testable solutions. My main interests are Machine Learning / Deep Learning, Generative AI & NLP (LLM pipelines, Transformers, LoRA, OCR, retrieval + generation concepts), and decision-making methods such as contextual bandits / reinforcement learning for personalization. I enjoy working end-to-end: data preparation and validation, model experimentation, evaluation, and communicating results in a clear way so teams can decide what to do next. I also bring a strong engineering foundation from 2+ years as a software developer in production environments, which helps me build AI workflows that are reproducible, maintainable, and reliable (clean code, structured debugging, documentation, and teamwork).
