-Work with clients’ recruitment/staffing manager to understand the company’s development and identify sourcing strategy for different assignment. -Monitor the progress of all on-going assignments to make sure the quality delivery. Evaluate and Identify the challenge RPO process. -Participate the development and implementation of new sourcing channels. -As the owner of developed sourcing channel, familiar with various sourcing channels to approach candidates. -Understand of Electric / Electronic,ICT / Software,Property / Construction,Retail / Consumer Goods,Pharmaceutical / Medical,Legal / Professional Services. -Provide sourcing support on challenging assignment. -Develop, implement specific sourcing program, such as industry mapping. -Evaluate worldwide market for sourcing opportunities -Strong communication skills and ability to successfully work with a collaborative, cross-functional, cross-cultural companies. Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments -Strong negotiation and contracting skills -Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to set goals and meet deadlines -Knowledge of and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of purchasing and contracting -Strategic planning and methodology on a global scale -Analytical approach to problem solving -Manage more than 10 team members.

This role will support all human resource management in GRGHK, including Recruitment & Selections, Contract & Agreement, Performance appraisal and Learning & Development. The Individual will work with the leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities, support personnel across locations and make recommendations and suggest solutions within their own group to improve business processes. The individual will be working with project contact to identify scheduling solutions and fill project demands, managing the utilization of the resource pool. Key Responsibilities: -Scheduling and supply /demand management -Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process as needed. Understand needs, preferences, skills, etc. and either match people to roles or facilitate that process. -Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation. -Consider and balance various scheduling principles in making decisions. -Confirm recruitment plan. -Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resources. -Ensure accurate every function of HR management. -Language and sales skill training coordinate. -Support project contact in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements. -Provide feedback and inputs to the management team for improving demand supply effectiveness, processes and policies -Accountable to track demand supply management metrics, to identify issues and to work with all stakeholders to resolve issues
