Manages all the socially-motivated projects that Enactus Dalhousie runs, ensuring the success of both Enactus projects and the students involved. Maintains contact with each project and project manager, Coordinates regular meetings with project managers (PMs) and project teams, Coordinates volunteer requirements and other requirements for the success of the projects, Actively seeks new opportunities and projects, Ensures the recording of data and statistics, benchmarks, deadlines, for the projects.

Creates and maintains budget through fiscal year. tasks include: keeping an accurate and up-to-date general ledger, completing transaction records, completing monthly bank reconciliations and attending scheduled Finance & Grants Committee meetings. Oversees all D Level society yearly audits to maintain umbrella society financial compliance.

Maintains Alpha Eta Chapter's financial records, encompassing three university campuses across Halifax. Creates monthly Collegiate Financial Reports, while managing both officer and general fiscal budgets and maintaining a reserve fund in compliance with International Headquarter regulations. In addition to VP Finance duties, I also sit on the House Association Board, and act as Director of Property for the chapter, and ensure reporting compliance for additional roles.

Responsible for the education, mentorship, and safety of SHAD participants. It is a multi-faceted role with a focus on facilitating a safe, inclusive and engaged community. Tasks include the creation and delivery academic workshops that draw from my own interests and experiences, guiding discussions, and supporting program operations and logistics. Throughout the month long intensive program, I act as an advisor for a house group, where 7 students create and develop a business venture to solve an issue at the forefront of today's world.

Co-ordinates with the team to assist in the creation and distribution of daily pre-market, midday, and special market Global Portfolio Advisory Group reports, while ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all publications. Manages daily website updates including both internal and client facing publications, as well as daily market data, consensus sheets, bank target information, and portfolio holdings updates. Responsible for the creation of a midday market update outlining daily movement in U.S. equities, Canadian equities, international equities, currencies, and commodities. Supports members GPAG Equity, Fixed Income, Preferred Share, Mutual Fund and ETF teams with ad-hoc projects and presentations, and assists Scotia Wealth Management satisfy client requests pertaining to market information.

Conducts trade market intelligence research for Nova Scotian firms looking to expand into export while working closely with the sector strategist team to identify export opportunities specific to markets and industries.

Assists VP Finance in preparing statements pertaining to income. Prepares billing statements, receipts, and bank deposit slips. Records internal payments, along with recording cash disbursements, cash receipts. Reviews invoices and payment request vouchers before being sent to VP finance for final approval.
