Jessie Tran

I am the owner and managing director of APSS, a Singapore-based supply chain company with offices in Australia, Myanmar and the United States. As a serial entrepreneur, I find joy in building a business from the ground up and nurturing it across the different stages of its life cycle. Over a 20-year career, I have founded enterprises as diverse as a small private dermatological clinic in Hanoi to an e-commerce platform for fast fashion. As a business owner, I believe in empowering my people because an enterprise is only as strong as its team. I believe it's crucial to keep stoking one’s entrepreneurial spirit and ensure that every stakeholder, external or internal, continues to share my vision and values for the organisation’s future.
